In the App
Open Qonstellation, go to Settings > Delete Account, review the warning, type DELETE, and select Delete My Account.

You can permanently delete your Qonstellation account and eligible associated book data inside the app or request help from support.

How To Delete Your Account
By Email
Email admin@aeffinityone.com from the address connected to your account with the subject "Qonstellation Account Deletion Request."
Verification
We may ask for information needed to confirm account ownership before processing a support-assisted deletion request.
Permanent Action
Account deletion is permanent. Once processing completes, the account cannot be restored through the app.
What Happens to Your Data
Account Data
Eligible sign-in records, account profile data, settings, notification tokens, and Qonstellation account access are deleted or de-identified.
Book Data
Books, story pages, bookmarks, covers, uploaded images, drafts, and associated book metadata are removed as part of account deletion.
Limited Retention
Purchase verification, support, crash, report, moderation, and audit records may be retained in de-identified or limited form when needed for accounting, disputes, security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or service enforcement. Writing-safety records and related content are deleted with the account unless an active legal or safety hold requires preservation.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it separately through the store account used to subscribe.
Deleting One Book Instead
To keep your account but remove a book, press and hold the book in your library and choose Delete. Deleted books may remain recoverable in Settings > Recently Deleted for up to 30 days.
