By creating an account or using Qonstellation, you agree to these Terms and the Qonstellation Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These Terms govern your use of Qonstellation, a private book creation and visual storytelling service operated by Æffinityone LLC.

Using Qonstellation
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter this agreement. If local law requires a higher minimum age, that higher age applies.
Your Account
Provide accurate information, protect your sign-in credentials, and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Private Creation Tool
Qonstellation helps you create and organize books and visual stories. It is not a publisher, public book distributor, marketplace, or guarantee of publication, printing, sales, or commercial success.
Your Content
Ownership
You retain ownership of the books, writing, photographs, artwork, and other content you create or upload, subject to rights held by others.
Permission to Operate
You grant Æffinityone a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, copy, process, display to you, transmit, and back up your content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve Qonstellation.
Your Responsibility
You must have the rights and permissions needed for content you upload. Do not upload unlawful, infringing, exploitative, malicious, or privacy-violating content.
Backups
Although Qonstellation may provide cloud saving, you remain responsible for maintaining copies of important creative work. Features may change, fail, or become temporarily unavailable.
Plans, Purchases, and Limits
Plan Allowances
Book, page, image, storage, export, and feature allowances may vary by plan. Current limits are shown in the app and may be adjusted for future billing periods or new purchases.
Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are processed by Apple or Google and may renew automatically unless canceled through the store account used to subscribe. Store terms, billing rules, taxes, and refund policies also apply.
Changes
We may introduce, modify, or discontinue plans or features. Material changes to an active paid service will be handled as required by applicable law and platform rules.
Fair Use
Any unlimited description is subject to reasonable technical, storage, security, and fair-use constraints. Automated abuse or use that harms service availability is prohibited.
Acceptable Use and Enforcement
Do not interfere with the service, bypass access or plan controls, probe for vulnerabilities, distribute malware, misuse another person's account, scrape or automate the service without permission, or use Qonstellation to violate law or the rights of others. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, Æffinityone, or comply with law.
Writing Safety
Narrow Automated Checks
Saved story text may be automatically checked for narrowly defined signals of a credible real-world threat, severe targeted abuse, or urgent self-harm risk. These checks are a safety measure and are not a general editorial review of your books.
Limited Human Review
When text meets the safety threshold, authorized reviewers may receive a bounded excerpt and context packet. Reviewers do not receive unrestricted access to the rest of a book through this process.
Elevated Access
Revealing the associated account identity or additional page context is restricted by staff role, requires a documented reason, and creates an audit record.
Safety Actions
After contextual review, we may dismiss a signal or take proportionate action, including restricting an account, quarantining content, preserving evidence under a legal or safety hold, or making a disclosure required by law.
Deletion and Service Terms
Book Deletion
Deleted books may remain in Recently Deleted for up to 30 days. You may restore eligible books during that period or permanently delete them sooner where the app provides that option.
Account Deletion
You may delete your account in Settings or contact support. Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription.
Service Provided As Is
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qonstellation is provided "as is" and "as available" without a guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or loss-free.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Æffinityone LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, creative work, or business interruption.
Changes and Contact
We may update these Terms as Qonstellation changes. We will update the date above and provide any notice required by law. For questions, contact admin@aeffinityone.com.
