Amouraéx Privacy Policy

Age Restriction

Amouraéx is an adults-only service for users who are 18 years of age or older. We use age-related information, reports, verification tools, and moderation review to help enforce this requirement.

Information We Collect

• Account information such as name, display name, email address, sign-in provider, account ID, profile photo, account status, and authentication records.
• Profile information such as birthday or age, city, country, bio, photos, gender, interested-in preferences, relationship status, looking-for preferences, pronouns, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, height, job, company, school, hobbies, lifestyle details, and other fields you choose to provide.
• Messages and communication content, including text messages, chat photos, voice notes, message metadata, conversation IDs, read/seen signals, reports, blocks, and evidence snapshots submitted for safety review.
• Moments, activity selections, compatibility answers, date-wheel or blind-date inputs, profile views, likes, matches, boosts, spotlights, feedback, support requests, reports, appeals, and other content or actions you submit through the service.
• Identity, age, and safety verification material, including government ID images, selfie images, verification status, rejection reasons, review timestamps, underage review records, and related moderation notes where applicable.
• Device, installation, notification, and security information such as Firebase installation IDs, FCM notification tokens, platform, app version, build number, device-installation records, login/session signals, device-ban or anti-abuse records, crash data, diagnostics, and logs.
• Location-related information such as country, city, and approximate location signals where available, enabled, or provided by you. Amouraéx uses this for profile display, discovery, messaging eligibility, plan features, and safety controls.
• Subscription, purchase, entitlement, storefront, and billing-support information such as plan, product ID, purchase status, transaction references, purchase tokens or receipts, renewal or entitlement status, Stripe web checkout status, and purchase diagnostics. We do not receive your full payment card number from Apple, Google, or Stripe.
• Advertising and tracking information for free accounts where ads are active, including advertising identifiers, ad interactions, ad measurement signals, and App Tracking Transparency status where required by Apple.

How We Use Information

• Provide accounts, profiles, discovery, matching, messaging, activities, moments, notifications, subscriptions, support, and safety features.
• Show profile information to other users according to the app's product design, your settings, plan access, moderation status, and feature usage.
• Verify age, identity, purchases, subscriptions, account status, plan limits, boosts, spotlights, and entitlement access.
• Moderate profiles, photos, messages, moments, reports, verification submissions, safety events, and account behavior.
• Detect, prevent, and respond to abuse, fraud, impersonation, scams, harassment, underage access, device-ban evasion, child safety violations, rights complaints, and other policy or legal issues.
• Send transactional, operational, billing, legal, account, safety, and service notifications through push notifications, email, or in-app notices.
• Improve reliability, diagnose crashes, measure app health, test features, maintain security, and understand subscription or purchase issues.
• Show, limit, personalize where permitted, and measure ads for free users.

Third-Party Services

We use service providers and infrastructure partners to operate Amouraéx, including Firebase, Google, Apple, Google Mobile Ads, Stripe for web checkout, analytics and crash reporting tools, push notification services, cloud hosting, storage, authentication, payment, and support providers.

These providers may process information for us or provide platform services under their own terms and privacy policies. Apple, Google, and Stripe process purchases and payment flows according to their own rules.

Ads, Tracking, and Free Access

Free accounts may see ads. On iOS, Amouraéx may request App Tracking Transparency permission before using tracking identifiers for advertising. You can manage tracking choices through your device settings. Paid plans may remove ads while the subscription remains active.

Photos, Camera, Microphone, and Notifications

Amouraéx may request camera, photo library, microphone, and notification permissions. These permissions support profile photos, chat photos, identity/selfie verification, voice notes, service notifications, safety alerts, and messaging updates. You can change device permissions in your device settings, though some features may not work without them.

Public and Private Profile Data

Some profile fields may be visible to other users for discovery, matching, messaging, profile viewing, activity participation, and compatibility features. Other data is kept internal for account operation, billing, moderation, safety, analytics, diagnostics, legal compliance, and support.

Visibility may vary by your settings, plan, country, app version, feature usage, moderation state, and whether your account is active, restricted, banned, or scheduled for deletion.

Moderation, Safety, and Verification

We may review profile information, messages, reports, photos, moments, verification materials, underage review submissions, account behavior, purchase diagnostics, and device or installation signals to protect users, enforce our Terms, investigate abuse, and comply with law.

If you submit identity or age verification materials, we process and retain them as needed to review eligibility, age, identity, fraud, safety, and policy compliance.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain information as long as reasonably necessary to operate Amouraéx, maintain safety and moderation systems, verify subscriptions, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, preserve account integrity, and support legitimate business operations.

In-app account deletion schedules your account for deletion, hides your profile immediately, and sets permanent deletion for 30 days later. You may cancel that scheduled deletion by logging back in before the 30-day period expires. Some records may be retained when needed for legal, security, billing, fraud prevention, child safety, rights complaints, moderation, dispute, or platform-integrity purposes.

User Rights and Choices

You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of eligible personal information, subject to applicable law and operational limits. You can request account deletion in the app from Settings > Account > Delete Account or by contacting admin@aeffinityone.com.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to help protect information. No method of transmission or storage is perfect, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The latest version will be posted here. Continued use of Amouraéx after an updated policy becomes effective means you acknowledge the revised policy.
