Safety & Reporting
Your safety is our priority. Amouraéx includes tools to help protect users and maintain a secure environment.
Reporting Users
- Report inappropriate behavior directly in the app from profiles, messages, moments, or relevant content areas
- Reports are reviewed by moderation
- Evidence may include profile details, message text, recent message snapshots, chat photos, voice-note references, uploaded media, and related account information needed for safety review
- Threats of physical harm, sexual assault, sexual coercion, or severe intimidation should be reported immediately
Child Safety Reports
Amouraéx and Æffinityone LLC explicitly prohibit Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, sexualization of minors, and any behavior that exploits, abuses, or endangers children. Amouraéx is an adults-only service for users 18+.
Report suspected child safety violations in-app from the relevant profile, message, or content area, or contact admin@aeffinityone.com. We may remove content, disable accounts, preserve relevant information, report to appropriate authorities as required by law, and cooperate with valid legal requests.
Age review and account holds
We may temporarily pause an account and route it into age review when we receive a high-confidence underage signal. This can include direct under-18 claims, an under-18 age response after another user asks for age, or other reliable safety indicators.
During review, an affected account may be removed from discovery, required to complete verification, or restricted from normal use until the review is resolved.
Blocking
- You can block any user at any time
- Blocked users cannot contact you
Moderation
- Profiles, photos, messages, voice notes, moments, reports, verification materials, and account behavior may be reviewed for safety
- Accounts may be warned, restricted, force-logged out, banned, or removed
- Blank, obscured, non-human, or misleading primary profile photos may be removed or sent for authenticity review
- Identity or age verification may be requested when needed for safety, underage review, or platform integrity
- Severe abuse signals, including direct violent threats or sexual violence threats, may be prioritized for enforcement review
