By accessing or using any Æffinityone LLC platform, including Amouraéx (“Services”), you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users.

Æffinityone LLC does NOT conduct background checks and makes no guarantees about user identity, intent, or behavior.

You retain ownership of your content, but grant us a license to use, display, and process it to operate and improve the platform.

We may review, remove, restrict, or permanently ban accounts at our sole discretion.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the billing period ends.

Billing is handled through Apple App Store or Google Play.

You must manage and cancel subscriptions through your device settings.

The platform facilitates introductions between users but does not verify user actions outside the app.

You use the platform at your own risk.

The Services are provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

All disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, not court proceedings.

We may update these Terms at any time.
