Delete Your Amouraéx Account

You can request deletion of your Amouraéx account and eligible associated data from inside the app or by contacting Æffinityone LLC. This page is available outside the app for Apple App Store and Google Play account-deletion review.

In-App Deletion

1. Open the Amouraéx app.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Select Account.
4. Tap Delete Account.
5. Confirm the deletion request.

Email Request

You may also request account deletion by contacting us at admin@aeffinityone.com.

Please send the request from the email address connected to your Amouraéx account when possible. We may ask for information needed to verify account ownership before processing the request.

What May Be Deleted

• Account profile information, display name, email-linked account records, photos, profile fields, preferences, and settings.
• Public profile visibility and discovery records.
• Messages, chat photos, voice notes, moments, likes, matches, activity entries, reports you submitted, feedback, and other eligible in-app content associated with your account.
• Notification tokens and device-installation records associated with your account where eligible.

What May Be Retained

Some records may be retained when needed for legal compliance, safety, security, billing, subscription support, fraud prevention, child safety, rights complaints, dispute handling, moderation history, ban enforcement, abuse prevention, or platform integrity.

Examples may include limited purchase records, safety reports, moderation logs, underage or identity review records, device-ban records, legal requests, and records needed to prevent repeated abuse.

Subscriptions

Deleting your Amouraéx account does not automatically cancel active subscriptions. Cancel subscriptions through the Apple App Store, Google Play, Stripe billing portal, or other billing provider used to subscribe.
