By creating an account, accessing AEXSpace, or using any AEXSpace feature, you agree to these Terms and the AEXSpace Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use AEXSpace.

These Terms govern your access to and use of AEXSpace, a creator workspace operated by Æffinityone LLC for story worlds, characters, scenes, notes, ideas, uploads, audio references, subscriptions, and invite-based collaboration.
Using AEXSpace
Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement. If you use AEXSpace on behalf of a company, studio, team, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure, for the accuracy of information you provide, and for activity that occurs through your account, workspace invites, or team permissions.
App Availability
Features, plans, storage, upload limits, collaborator limits, ads, subscriptions, and platform support may vary by app version, device, country, store availability, and operational needs.
Creator Content
Your Ownership
You keep ownership of original characters, stories, descriptions, images, audio, notes, ideas, and other creative material you create or upload to AEXSpace.
License to Operate the App
You grant Æffinityone LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, transmit, and back up your content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve AEXSpace.
Rights You Need
Do not upload, save, record, reference, or share material unless you own it or have permission to use it. This includes images, audio, music, voice material, names, likenesses, character designs, copyrighted works, trademarks, and third-party story material.
Workspace Collaboration
Workspace owners control invite codes, roles, permissions, and collaborator access. Collaborators may add or edit material depending on permissions, but owners remain responsible for managing their workspace teams.
No Copyright Clearance
AEXSpace is a workspace tool and does not verify, pre-screen, license, clear, or approve copyrighted material before it is uploaded or saved. You are responsible for confirming that you have the rights needed for the material you use.
Rights Reports
Users and rights holders may report suspected copyright, trademark, impersonation, publicity, privacy, or other rights issues. Æffinityone may review reports, preserve relevant details, restrict content, remove content, limit access, or take account action when appropriate.
Acceptable Use
No Illegal or Harmful Use
You may not use AEXSpace to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malware, harass others, impersonate people or organizations, evade restrictions, scrape the service, or interfere with platform integrity.
Rights Complaints
Æffinityone may remove or restrict content or accounts when needed for copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, impersonation, or other rights complaints, suspected infringement, legal requests, repeat violations, or platform integrity.
Safety & Moderation
We may review reports, investigate account behavior, issue warnings, restrict features, remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access to protect users, the service, legal compliance, or creative rights.
Backups
AEXSpace is a workspace tool, but you remain responsible for keeping separate backups of important creative work. We do not guarantee that content will always be available or recoverable.
Plans, Ads & Billing
Free Plan
The Free plan may include one workspace, no collaborators, core workspace tools, and ad-supported access. Free features and limits may change over time.
Paid Plans
Plus and Premium are recurring subscriptions that unlock expanded workspace and collaborator limits. Current plan details should be reviewed in the app store listing or in-app purchase screen before subscribing.
Apple & Google Billing
Subscriptions are handled through the Apple App Store or Google Play. You must manage cancellation, renewal, and certain refund requests through the store account used to purchase.
Renewals & Refunds
Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through the applicable store before renewal. Refund eligibility is controlled by Apple, Google, applicable law, and the store policies that apply to your purchase.
Account Removal & Data
Deletion Requests
You may request deletion of your AEXSpace account and eligible associated creator workspace data in the app, through the account deletion page, or by contacting aexspacehelp@gmail.com. In-app deletion starts a 30-day recovery period before permanent deletion.
Subscription Cancellation
Deleting your AEXSpace account does not automatically cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Cancel subscriptions through the store account used to subscribe.
Retained Records
Some records may be retained or anonymized when needed for legal compliance, security, billing, disputes, moderation, fraud prevention, support, rights enforcement, report handling, or platform integrity.
Privacy Policy
The AEXSpace Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, used, shared, retained, and deleted when you use the app.

AEXSpace helps organize creative planning material. It does not provide legal, copyright, publishing, licensing, production, clearance, or business advice.
Service Provided As Is
AEXSpace is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Æffinityone disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or loss-free service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Æffinityone LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost creative work, or business interruption.
Changes
We may update these Terms as AEXSpace changes. Continued use after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
