Send Your Request
Use Settings > Delete Account in the app, email aexspacehelp@gmail.com with the subject "AEXSpace Account Deletion Request," or use the request button on this page.
You can request deletion of your AEXSpace account and eligible associated creator workspace data from inside the app or by contacting AEXSpace support.
Use Settings > Delete Account in the app, email aexspacehelp@gmail.com with the subject "AEXSpace Account Deletion Request," or use the request button on this page.
Send the request from the email connected to your AEXSpace account when possible. We may ask for information needed to confirm account ownership before deleting data.
In-app deletion schedules a 30-day recovery period. If you sign back in before the deadline, the deletion request may be canceled and your account may remain active.
After the recovery period or after verified support processing, Æffinityone will delete eligible account data and associated AEXSpace workspace data unless retention is required or permitted for the reasons listed below.
Name, email, profile image, display name, profile fields, sign-in records, notification tokens, notifications, and account preferences may be deleted or de-identified where eligible.
Workspaces you own, descriptions, story descriptions, characters, scenes, notes, ideas, uploaded images, uploaded audio, voice notes, invite codes, team access records, and related workspace notifications may be removed.
Some records may be retained or anonymized when needed for legal compliance, security, billing, disputes, moderation, rights complaints, fraud prevention, support, or platform integrity. Support tickets may be kept without identifying account details.
Deleting an account does not automatically cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Manage cancellation through the store account used to subscribe.
For deletion, privacy, subscription-support, or account-access questions, contact aexspacehelp@gmail.com. Review the AEXSpace Privacy Policy for more detail about collection, use, sharing, retention, and deletion.
