This Privacy Policy explains how Æffinityone LLC collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use AEXSpace, including the mobile apps, creator workspace features, account tools, support, and related websites.
AEXSpace is operated by Æffinityone LLC. For AEXSpace privacy questions, account requests, support, or data rights requests, contact aexspacehelp@gmail.com.
This policy applies to AEXSpace and its creator workspace features, not to separate Æffinityone products unless they link to this policy.
AEXSpace's App Store and Google Play privacy disclosures are intended to reflect the same data practices described in this policy, including account tools, uploads, subscriptions, ads, permissions, and support features.
Name, email address, sign-in provider, account ID, display name, profile image, role, bio, and profile fields you choose to save.
Workspace names, cover art, descriptions, story descriptions, characters, ages, biographies, personalities, roles, powers, scenes, notes, ideas, invite codes, team roles, visual references, audio files, voice notes, and related metadata. You control what creator material you choose to save, upload, or add to a workspace.
AEXSpace may request camera, photo library, file, and microphone access so you can upload or create profile pictures, workspace covers, character references, scene images, audio references, and voice notes.
Plan level, product IDs, purchase tokens or transaction IDs, verification status, store source, renewal state, entitlement timing, and related purchase status. AEXSpace does not receive your full payment card number from Apple or Google.
Free access may include ads. Advertising services may process advertising identifiers, device identifiers, ad interactions, and related usage data to show, limit, measure, or improve ads where permitted by your settings and law.
Invite activity, team roles, workspace membership, collaborator permissions, notification tokens, and notification events may be used to keep teams and workspace updates synced.
Device type, operating system, app version, log data, crash data, performance data, feature interactions, storage events, upload status, and security events may be collected to operate and improve the app.
Support tickets, content reports, copyright or rights complaints, moderation actions, warning history, account integrity records, report details, and communications with Æffinityone may be retained for support, safety, legal, dispute, and enforcement purposes.
To create accounts, save workspaces, store uploads, manage characters and scenes, sync notes and ideas, provide team access, unlock plan features, and keep your content available across devices.
To verify App Store and Google Play purchases, maintain entitlements, prevent subscription abuse, resolve billing support issues, and apply Free, Plus, or Premium limits.
To review reports, respond to copyright or other rights complaints, investigate abuse, enforce terms, prevent fraud, protect account integrity, comply with legal obligations, and respond to valid legal requests.
To understand performance, fix bugs, improve upload reliability, maintain storage systems, develop features, support notifications, and measure app health.
We may use hosting, database, storage, authentication, analytics, crash reporting, push notification, security, and support providers to operate AEXSpace on our behalf.
Apple and Google process app downloads, subscriptions, purchase verification, storefront status, and platform-level privacy or permission controls according to their own terms.
If ads are active on the Free plan, ad services may process identifiers and ad interaction data. Paid plans may remove or reduce ads where available. Users can manage certain ad tracking choices through device settings and applicable consent prompts.
Æffinityone does not sell personal or sensitive user data. We may disclose information when required for legal compliance, copyright or rights enforcement, fraud prevention, security, or a business transfer with appropriate notice.
Camera, photo library, file, microphone, and notification permissions are requested for related app features. You can decline or change permissions in your device settings, though some upload, audio, or notification features may not work without them.
Where consent is required, you may withdraw it through app controls, device settings, store privacy settings, or by contacting aexspacehelp@gmail.com. Withdrawing consent may limit features that depend on that data.
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of eligible personal information by using the account deletion page or contacting aexspacehelp@gmail.com.
If you request account deletion in the app, AEXSpace schedules a 30-day recovery period. After that period, eligible account data and associated workspace data are deleted unless retention is needed for legal, security, billing, dispute, moderation, rights complaint, fraud prevention, or platform integrity reasons.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards for personal information, including secure transmission where supported. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide AEXSpace, maintain accounts, support subscriptions, preserve creator workspaces, resolve disputes, review reports, enforce terms, comply with law, and protect the service.
AEXSpace is not intended for children under 13. If a younger child has provided personal information, contact aexspacehelp@gmail.com so we can review and delete eligible information.
We may update this Privacy Policy as AEXSpace changes. The latest version will be posted here, and material changes may be communicated through the app, website, or other appropriate notice.
