Amouraéx is built for respectful, intentional connections. By using the platform, you agree to follow these guidelines.

Respect & Behavior

Treat all users with respect
No harassment, hate speech, threats, or sexual violence threats
No bullying or intimidation
No repeated unwanted contact, coercion, stalking, or behavior meant to corner, shame, or pressure another user

Authenticity

No fake profiles or impersonation
Provide accurate information
Do not mislead other users
Do not submit false identity, age, profile, or verification information
Your primary profile photo should clearly represent you
Blank images, walls, covered-camera shots, heavily obscured photos, non-human primary images, or other misleading profile pictures may be removed or sent for review

Age & Eligibility

Amouraéx is for adults 18+ only. You may not use the service if you are under 18, claim to be under 18, help a minor use the platform, or misrepresent age to access dating or social features.

Underage claims in a profile, message, Blind Date exchange, or other app surface may trigger an automatic age review, temporary account lock, discovery removal, verification request, or account removal.

Safety

No exploitation or manipulation
No sexual coercion, threats of sexual assault, or pressure to engage in sexual activity
No solicitation or scams
No sharing of harmful or illegal content
No attempts to bypass moderation, verification, age review, discoverability limits, or other safety controls

Violations may result in permanent account removal.

Child Safety and CSAE

Amouraéx and Æffinityone LLC explicitly prohibit Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, sexualization of minors, and any attempt to exploit, abuse, or endanger children. Amouraéx is for adults 18+ only, and minors are not permitted to use the service.

Suspected child safety violations should be reported in-app or by contacting admin@aeffinityone.com. More details are available in our Child Safety Standards.

Content Rules

No explicit or illegal content
No promotion of harmful behavior
No unauthorized advertising
No scams, paid sexual solicitation, financial manipulation, or attempts to move users into unsafe off-platform transactions
No sexually violent, coercive, non-consensual, or threatening content
No misuse of photos, chat photos, voice notes, moments, reports, verification materials, boosts, spotlights, or activity features

Enforcement

We reserve the right to remove content, restrict features, request verification, limit discoverability, force-log out accounts, place accounts into age review, preserve evidence, or permanently ban accounts that violate these guidelines. Severe threats, sexual violence threats, child safety violations, or repeated abusive behavior may receive immediate enforcement attention.
