Amouraéx Child Safety Standards

Amouraéx, operated by Æffinityone LLC, is an adults-only social and dating experience. We explicitly prohibit Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), grooming, sextortion, trafficking, sexualization of minors, and any content or conduct that exploits, abuses, or endangers children.

Adults-only policy

Amouraéx is strictly intended for people who are 18 years of age or older. Minors are not permitted to create accounts, appear in dating or romantic content, send messages, upload media, or participate in any part of the Amouraéx service.

Prohibited child safety violations

Amouraéx and Æffinityone LLC prohibit users from posting, sharing, requesting, facilitating, promoting, or attempting to engage in:

Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) or Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM).
Sexual, romantic, exploitative, or grooming behavior involving a minor.
Sextortion, coercion, trafficking, solicitation, or attempts to obtain sexual images of a minor.
Content that depicts, encourages, normalizes, or jokes about the sexual abuse or exploitation of children.
Attempts to evade age restrictions, moderation, reporting, or child safety enforcement.

Prevention and detection

18+ eligibility requirements and age-related account checks.
In-app reporting and blocking tools for suspicious, harmful, or underage activity.
Manual moderation review of reported accounts, content, and behavior.
Safety signals, keyword detection, and account restrictions when child safety concerns are identified.

Reporting

Users can report suspected child safety violations directly inside Amouraéx from the relevant profile, message, or content area. Child safety concerns may also be sent to our safety contact at admin@aeffinityone.com.

CSAM response and enforcement

When Æffinityone LLC identifies suspected CSAE or CSAM, we take action that may include removing or restricting content, disabling accounts, preserving relevant information where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement or child safety organizations as required by applicable law, and cooperating with valid legal requests.

Any account involved in child exploitation, child sexual abuse material, grooming, or attempts to involve minors in Amouraéx will be terminated and may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
