Amouraéx Terms of Service

By accessing or using Amouraéx, including its mobile applications, web experience, services, features, subscriptions, content, safety tools, and related websites, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Amouraéx Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use Amouraéx.

Eligibility

Amouraéx is strictly for users who are at least 18 years old. Minors may not create accounts, appear in dating or romantic content, upload media, send messages, or use any part of the service.

By using Amouraéx, you represent that you are at least 18, legally able to enter into this agreement, and that the information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You may not share your account, create false accounts, impersonate another person, evade restrictions, or use unauthorized information.

We may restrict, suspend, force-log out, ban, or delete accounts when needed for safety, underage access, fraud, rights violations, account integrity, or legal compliance.

Acceptable Use

• No illegal activity, fraud, scams, spam, solicitation, or platform abuse.
• No harassment, hate speech, threats, bullying, intimidation, coercion, stalking, sexual violence threats, or abusive behavior.
• No impersonation, fake profiles, misleading information, or attempts to bypass verification or moderation.
• No sexually exploitative, coercive, non-consensual, unsafe, or underage-related conduct, including threats of sexual assault or attempts to pressure someone into sexual activity.
• No Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation, Child Sexual Abuse Material, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, sexualization of minors, or attempts to involve minors in the service.
• No attempts to scrape, reverse engineer, overload, disrupt, manipulate, or gain unauthorized access to Amouraéx or its systems.
• No misuse of messaging, photos, voice notes, moments, activities, reporting, blocking, subscriptions, boosts, spotlights, or discovery features.

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, upload, send, or display through Amouraéx, including profile information, photos, moments, messages, chat photos, voice notes, activity setup selections, compatibility answers, verification submissions, reports, feedback, and other in-app content.

You grant Æffinityone LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, transmit, process, moderate, back up, and distribute User Content as needed to operate, secure, support, improve, and promote Amouraéx.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for content you submit and that your content does not violate law, another person's rights, these Terms, or our Community Guidelines.

Discovery, Messaging, and Activities

Amouraéx may include discovery, profile browsing, matching, likes, messaging, photo messages, voice notes, read or seen indicators, moments, compatibility features, date-wheel features, blind-date features, activity pools, profile views, boosts, spotlights, and location-aware or country-aware experiences.

Features may vary by plan, country, device, platform, app version, account status, moderation status, safety controls, and profile completeness. We may change, suspend, limit, or remove features at any time.

Verification and Age Review

Amouraéx may offer identity verification, shield badges, underage review, or age-confirmation workflows. These may involve government ID images, selfie images, manual review, approval or rejection decisions, and account restrictions while review is pending.

Verification does not guarantee a user's identity, background, intentions, safety, compatibility, or behavior. We do not conduct criminal background checks unless explicitly stated for a specific program or required by law.

Moderation and Enforcement

We may review, remove, restrict, limit, age-gate, suspend, force-log out, ban, or permanently delete accounts or content at our discretion to protect users, enforce these Terms, investigate abuse, respond to reports or appeals, protect children, prevent fraud, or comply with legal obligations.

Threats of physical harm, sexual assault, coercion, or other severe abuse may receive immediate enforcement attention even if they occur in private messages or activity-based features.

This can include review of reported content, messages, message evidence snapshots, profile data, photos, moments, verification materials, device or installation signals, purchase diagnostics, and other activity inside Amouraéx.

Subscriptions, Billing, Boosts, and Renewals

Amouraéx may offer Free, Plus, Premium, boosts, spotlights, and other paid or plan-based features. Paid plans may unlock expanded messaging, discovery, activities, profile visibility, ad removal, profile-view features, boosts, or spotlights depending on the plan shown at purchase.

Mobile-app subscriptions are handled through Apple App Store or Google Play. Web subscriptions or checkout flows may be handled by Stripe where available. Prices, billing periods, included features, taxes, promotions, storefront availability, and refund rules may vary by platform, country, and purchase channel.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the billing period through the account or billing provider used to subscribe. You are responsible for managing cancellation through Apple, Google, Stripe, or the applicable billing portal.

Safety Disclaimer

Amouraéx facilitates introductions, discovery, messaging, and shared in-app experiences, but we do not control user behavior inside or outside the app. Use caution when interacting with others, sharing information, communicating off-platform, or meeting in person.

Do not share financial information, private documents, passwords, verification codes, or sensitive personal information with other users.

Account Deletion

You may request account deletion in the app from Settings > Account > Delete Account or by contacting admin@aeffinityone.com. In-app deletion schedules your account for deletion, hides your profile immediately, and sets permanent deletion for 30 days later. Logging back in before the 30-day period expires may cancel the scheduled deletion.

Some records may be retained where needed for legal, security, billing, fraud prevention, child safety, rights complaints, moderation, dispute, support, or platform-integrity purposes.

Privacy

The Amouraéx Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, use, share, retain, and delete. By using Amouraéx, you acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

Amouraéx is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Æffinityone LLC disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, relationships, matches, account access, or business opportunity.

Dispute Resolution

To the extent permitted by law, disputes arising from these Terms or Amouraéx will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, and not through class, collective, or representative actions.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Amouraéx after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
