Terms of Service

By accessing or using any Æffinityone LLC platform, including Amouraéx and related services, features, content, websites, and mobile applications (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.

By using the Services, you represent that you are legally able to enter into this agreement and that all registration information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may not share your account, impersonate another person, or create an account using false, misleading, or unauthorized information.

Acceptable Use

• No illegal activity
• No harassment, abuse, or threats
• No impersonation or fraud
• No exploitation of the platform
• No sexually exploitative, coercive, or unsafe conduct
• No attempts to evade moderation, bans, or other restrictions
• No misuse of messaging, activity, or discovery features

User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit, upload, send, or display through the Services, including profile information, photos, moments, messages, activity setup selections, and other in-app content (“User Content”).

You grant Æffinityone LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, process, and distribute User Content as needed to operate, secure, improve, and promote the Services.

Moderation & Enforcement

We may review, remove, restrict, limit, suspend, force-log out, age-gate, or permanently ban accounts or content at our sole discretion in order to protect users, enforce these Terms, investigate abuse, or comply with legal obligations.

This can include review of reported content, profile data, messaging behavior, verification materials, moments, and other activity inside the Services.

Discovery, Messaging, and Activities

The Services may include discovery, profile browsing, messaging, activity features, compatibility features, moments, and location-aware experiences.

Some features may vary by plan, geography, platform, availability, safety controls, profile completeness, or moderation status. We may change, suspend, or remove features at any time.

Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewals

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the billing period ends.

Billing is handled through Apple App Store or Google Play.

Prices, available plans, included features, and billing periods may vary by platform, country, promotion, tax treatment, or storefront.

Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable once billed by the applicable app store. We do not control billing systems operated by Apple or Google.

Safety Disclaimer

The Services facilitate introductions, communication, and shared in-app experiences, but we do not supervise or control user behavior inside or outside the app.

Use caution when interacting with others, sharing information, agreeing to meet, or communicating off-platform.

Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Æffinityone LLC disclaims all warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity.

Dispute Resolution

To the extent permitted by law, disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, and not through class, collective, or representative actions.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
